Our
PHILOSOPHY
The Campiello Arte was born from the deep friendship and shared vision of Edoardo Callegari and Marco Pettenà, in a journey of artistic growth and passion. Here, sculpture, painting, and photography merge with a love for harmony, elevating the craftsmanship of Venetian papier-mâché into a work of art.
In our studio, located in a beautiful Venetian villa from 1574, once the residence of the Counts Malvolti, our studio draws inspiration from its parks and centuries-old trees, influencing our works and integrating them with the arts of Murano glass masters, wrought iron, and damask fabrics, developing pieces that aim for the sublimation between the arts, giving life to a fusion of ancient and modern in a constantly evolving journey, respecting the Venetian tradition that distinguishes us around the world.

Campiello Arte
It is often said that Venice is unique.. Well, it really is! Even in its "squares" since, unlike what people believe, there is only St. Mark's square. The rest are fields, calli and indeed campielli. The heart of Venice beats in those small places where people whisper. Carlo Goldoni knew this well, describing them in a splendid theatrical work from which characteristic characters were born who then became masks known to us all. From those windows overlooking the intimacy of every Venetian; love, laughter, fights and drinks are part of everyday life. We like to think that precisely from those small windows, on those often intertwined lines, there are not clothes hanging out to dry but masks, works of art that have now become an integral part of common life.
